The Best Alien Movies
When
it comes to alien movies, you can not list one movie as being the
best. There are many: Alien Legacy (the Aliens series, 4 parts),
Starman, E.T., Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Independence
Day and many, many more.
The biggest alien movie
of all time was E.T.
The Extra Terrestrial (1982). In this movie (which introduced
the world to Drew Barrymore) an alien which accidentally crash lands
on Earth and the scared and homesick alien that is inside the ship
is taken in by a warm, loving boy named Elliot. Elliot and E.T.
form a friendship and this friendship is tested as government officials
discover the aliens existence.
The Aliens Legacy was
a different kind of alien movie. This series brought extreme terror
to the screen. The cast is led by Sigourney Weaver who fights the
aliens in all four parts of the series. Undoubtedly one of the greatest
alien series of all time. Here is a quick run down of each movie.

Alien : The first
in the series. On their voyage back home from deep space, the crew
of the starship Nostromo are sent to investigate a distress call.
They realize soon enough that the call was a warning and not a call
for help. They soon find themselves in a battle for life.

Aliens : After
floating around is space for fifty seven years, Ripley is found
and must go back to battle the aliens she once fought on the planet
they came from. This planet became colonized some twenty years earlier
and discovery leads to the destruction of all who inhibited the
planet, except for one child.

Alien 3 : Ripley
and one single alien crash land on a prison planet. Now the inmates
and Ripley must join forces to fight the alien with no guns or weapons
of any kind.

Alien Resurrection
: Two hundred years have passed since Ripley died. A team of scientists
succeed in not only cloning her though DNA, but the alien terror
that she tried so hard to destroy.
