Wizards
(wiz- erds) A magician or sorcerer. Wizards possess great
power. They are masters of illusion. They are also capable of
controlling humans and animals at will.
Wizards
have the ability to make all living creatures their slaves. They
can make them do and say what they want. Rarely can anyone escape
the wrath of a wizard. Only the strongest of minds can combat
them. They would look into a crystal ball and see the future.
Kings
and queens would often seek out wizards for their wisdom. The
wizards would advise them in their quest to rule over the lands.
Using their staffs, crystal balls and magic spells and potions,
wizards would cast spells over the land to either protect it from
evil or to bring it to its knees.
The
most popular wizard throughout history is Merlin. Merlin the Magician
came from a time when dragons and mystic surrounded him. He was
a magical, mystical magician who only communicated to those who
believed what they saw and heard him do. A cold shoulder and the
back of his coat was the only thing the doubters would get from
him. His magic was very powerful. Merlin controlled many of the
creatures that were around him.
